Focus on inclusivity

The Board and the Executive Committee both believe in the crucial importance of diversity and inclusivity for our employees, clients, shareholders and other stakeholders including the communities in which we operate. Encouraging our employees to be as diverse in their thinking as possible, without fear of judgment, is not just the right thing to do, it’s the commercially sensible thing to do. Time and again research shows that diverse teams, in which different voices are heard and respected, lead businesses to make better decisions.

Recognising that everyone is different, we listen to every voice to get a diverse view.  

We provide everyone with the space to speak up and encourage diverse thinking.

We have an internal ESG committee which meets regularly to drive various initiatives, including D&I.
