Praxis announces new yacht crew recruitment partnership

Praxis has announced an innovative alliance with specialist yacht agency Insignia Crew to deliver streamlined recruitment solutions to the industry, adding further scope to its extensive range of yacht ownership, yacht crew and yacht management services.

The service will be accessible to Praxis’ clients via the Yacht Portal, enabling captains and yacht owners to start the process of identifying and building out their crews with the support of sector-specific recruitment professionals.

Insignia Crew, an MCA-certified recruitment agency, was founded in 2017 by Andrew Holme who has over 25 years of combined experience gained in the Royal Marines, the superyacht space, maritime security and specialist recruitment. The agency recruits high-quality candidates for the global superyacht industry, providing a tailored and highly informed service for at-sea positions.
