Praxis receives STEP EPP and ACCA re-accreditations, recognising its commitment to excellence

Independent professional services group Praxis’ learning and development programme has received the highest recognition from STEP, the global professional body for trust and estate practitioners. 

The renewal of the STEP Employer Partnership Programme (EPP) Platinum accreditation reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence, both in in the continuous professional development of its team and the quality of service provided to clients. 

The programme recognises organisations that prioritise high standards of learning, development, and career progression. Participation in EPP highlights Praxis’ dedication to creating a positive working environment, where employees are empowered to expand their expertise, deepen their knowledge, and achieve their professional ambitions.

This accreditation recognises Praxis’ structured framework for development, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of private wealth industry changes and best practices.

As a recognised leader in trust and fiduciary services, the re-accreditation follows Praxis’ shortlisting for the Trust Company of the Year award at the prestigious STEP Private Client Awards last year. This achievement reflects the expertise, dedication, and hard work of the team across the group.
