History
Gavin joined Praxis as Corporate Services Director in July 2024. Based in Jersey, he is responsible for leading the Corporate Services team.
Gavin has more than 20 years of experience in the offshore financial services industry, dealing with the provision of administration and company secretarial services to clients in the funds, corporate, real estate, structured finance and employee benefits sectors.
Prior to joining Praxis, Gavin held roles as head of fund administration services for a number of international fiduciary services providers and has acted as a director of private equity, venture capital and real estate funds and corporate structures, including those that have been regulated in Jersey and the Cayman Islands.
Gavin is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies with honours in Accounting from the University of Strathclyde
Roles and responsibilities
In addition to leading the corporate services team in Jersey, Gavin is also part of the Jersey office senior leadership team.
Gavin will be responsible for the corporate service team’s client relationships and for maintaining and enhancing our quality service delivery to clients.
Gavin will work with our Group Head of Corporate Services, who is steering the ambitious plans for the expansion of the Group’s corporate administration offering, building on its strong foundations in this sector.
