Greig has more than 11 years' experience in the offshore finance industry across multiple sectors including funds, wealth management and investments.
History
Starting his career in fund administration before moving into compliance, Greig spent eight years specialising in regulatory/anti-financial crime compliance. He has held key person positions such as MLRO, MLCO and compliance officer for Jersey-regulated businesses.
Greig holds the ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance and the ICSA Level 4 Certificate in International Finance and Administration.
Roles and responsibilities
Relocating to Dubai in mid-2024, Greig joined Praxis as Compliance Officer and MLRO, with a strong focus on providing outsourced compliance services to various types of entities within the UAE.
About me
In his spare time, Greig trains and competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Shortly before moving to the UAE, he won gold at the BJJ British Open in Manchester.
