Izzy joined Praxis in September 2024 as a Crew Services Officer.
History
Izzy has experience in the yacht services industry, having previously worked in crew services, issuing employment agreements, running monthly payroll and providing HR and administrative support for cruise ships and the commercial sector.
In 2022, she achieved the Soroptimist Award whilst attending sixth form and completing her A Levels. This recognition provides women with resources to enhance their education, skills, and employment prospects.
Roles and responsibilities
In her role as a Crew Services Officer, Izzy has taken a lead position in day-to-day support for several yachts, with the goal of expanding her client portfolio over the next 12 months.
She handles all aspects of crewing, from onboarding new crew and supporting the Captain, Client and/or Crew with any employment-related queries, to processing monthly crew payrolls.
