Jo joined Praxis Yacht Services in August 2023 and deals with all aspects of crew employment and payroll including onboarding new crew, issuing employment agreements, subsequent crew employment matters and processing monthly crew payrolls.
She has firsthand crew experience from her 20+ year career on board superyachts, initially as a chef, progressing to chief stewardess and latterly as purser, before coming ashore.
Prior to joining us Jo worked for another crew payroll provider in Guernsey.
