Katie joined Praxis in January 2024 in a HR Operations role.
History
Katie has been in HR since 2013, working in a variety of HR operational roles for almost five years. Moving on to a generalist HR role in banking broadened her HR experience and allowed development in other areas, while giving her a greater understanding of financial services and gaining her CIPD Level 7. Her role there was split between business partnering and operational responsibilities.
Roles and responsibilities
In her current role, Katie manages the team responsible for the day-to-day administration of the employee lifecycle from the point of recruitment onwards. She also maintains and enhances the HR systems and people analytics reporting. Under the reward umbrella, Katie’s team also looks after salary benchmarking, payroll and the benefits packages for multiple jurisdictions across the Group.

"Outside of the office, I love island life. I am Chair of the Isle of Man CIPD Committee and volunteer for Junior Achievement, teaching secondary school students skills to help them with working life. I am an animal lover and have a labrador, a cat and a goldfish who is so old he has no gold left on him!"
