History
Lucy has been involved in a number of digital change programmes, with a special interest in human-centred design, and brings a broad view of digital transformation, impact and benefit realisation across business and wider society.
Holding both a masters in Education and a postgraduate degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Lucy is passionate about building high performing teams and developing co-constructed approaches to change management, enabling complex issues to be understood and adopted. She has presented internationally on digital change and adoption, invited by Google to work alongside other leading jurisdictions in summits in the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining Praxis, Lucy was driving the development of Guernsey’s digital and entrepreneurial ecosystem through the Digital Greenhouse, establishing a portfolio of programmes to accelerate the growth of new ventures and technological innovation.
Roles and responsibilities
As a solution-orientated, strategic thinker, Lucy is responsible for driving an exciting and ambitious portfolio of projects across the Group. She has a proven track record of effectively achieving outcomes through constructive stakeholder engagement, resource management and effective deployment of technology, adding value across the business and enabling further enhancement of service delivery to clients.
With a keen interest in emerging technologies, Lucy strives to find new ways of working which simplify processes and maximise outcomes, enabling people to focus on what matters most.
