History
Lucy has been involved in several digital change programmes, with particular interest in human-centred design. She brings a broad view of digital transformation, impact and benefit realisation across business and wider society.
Holding both a masters in Education and a postgraduate degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Lucy is passionate about building high-performing teams and developing co-constructed approaches to change management, enabling complex issues to be understood and adopted. She has presented internationally on digital change and adoption and was invited by Google to work alongside other leading jurisdictions in summits in the UK and Europe.
Before joining Praxis, Lucy was driving the development of Guernsey’s digital and entrepreneurial ecosystem through the Digital Greenhouse, establishing a portfolio of programmes to accelerate the growth of new ventures and technological innovation.
