A former Royal Marine, Rob joined the Group in 1992 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996.

Rob was appointed to the Guernsey Trust board of directors in 1997, and joined the Group Board in 2020 following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer.
