After being educated in Guernsey, Tom went on to attend university in Loughborough obtaining a degree in Industrial Design.
History
He began his career in retail banking before joining Praxis as an assistant trust administrator in 2013 and has risen through the ranks being promoted to Associate Director in 2023.
Tom obtained a Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration from The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) in 2016.
Instrumental in the formation of the local Institute of Director’s Next Gen Forum in early 2023, Tom was appointed its first Chair. The Forum brings together like-minded and ambitious individuals to connect and build relationships and networks.
Tom featured in the 2024 eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list, as well as the 2024 eprivateclient NextGen Leaders list, highlighting him as an outstanding young private wealth practitioner.
Roles and responsibilities
Tom acts as a Relationship Principal to a complex portfolio of private clients and manages a team responsible for the day to day administration of trust and companies with varied assets.
