Victoria joined Praxis' pension division in 2022 and is based in the Guernsey office.
History
Victoria was the Head of Trust Accounting for Credit Suisse before joining Praxis as an Executive Director for the Guernsey pension companies in 2022.
Victoria moved to Guernsey and joined KPMG as a Management Accountant in 2009 after a career as a management accountant (ACCA) and project manager (PRINCE2, MSP) in the commercial and NGO sectors (University for Industry, Lifelong Learning UK) in the UK. Prior to moving into an accounting role, she worked in advertising sales for the Northcliffe national newspaper group.
Victoria then worked as a part-time accountant and regulatory consultant after starting a family. In 2015 she joined the States of Guernsey Treasury as the Senior Finance Manager of the States’ Capital Investment Portfolio.
Roles and responsibilities
Victoria is an Executive Director of two GFSC-licensed pension fiduciaries in Guernsey, taking the Board lead on finance, risk and governance. Having achieved the Institute of Directors Diploma, she is working to achieve the Chartered status.

As well as supporting my children on the rugby pitch I also manage an under-12 boys team so am often to be found pitch-side. I am also a keen ESG supporter, being a founding member of both the Guernsey Green Forum and Credit Suisse's Guernsey ESG Committee."
