Adam joined Praxis as Group Company Secretary in early 2023. Based in Guernsey, he is responsible for our corporate governance framework and corporate structure, working closely with the Group Board and Executive Committee.
Adam has substantial experience in corporate governance, spending the previous 15 years in financial services both in Guernsey and in London. He has worked across a range of sectors including fund administration, banking, investment management and insurance.
Prior to joining Praxis, Adam was Group Company Secretary with a leading shipping protection & indemnity insurer within its International Group and was previously the company secretary for an investment management company.
