Charles is a Chartered Accountant and has over 10 years' experience in the financial services industry.

History

Originally from Guernsey, Charles worked for a number of years in London before moving to the UAE in 2015. Charles joined Praxis in 2019 and was promoted to Associate Director in January 2024.

After beginning his career with PwC, Charles joined the fund administration arm of State Street Global Services where he specialised in portfolio reporting for pension funds sovereign wealth funds and investment banks with private equity and real estate investments.

Charles is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol).

Roles and responsibilities

Charles is responsible for the oversight of the Funds and Corporate Services teams in the UAE, and ensuring the fluidity of day-to-day business while developing new and existing client relationships.

Charles will work to achieve the Group's plans to expand our corporate administration offering.
