Mark joined us as Group Senior Risk Manager in summer 2022 and was subsequently promoted to Group Head of Risk.
History
Based in Guernsey, he is responsible for the Group’s risk management framework.
Mark is a Solicitor- England & Wales (non-practising) and holds the International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management. With over 20 years' experience in private wealth, corporate services, pensions and regulation, Mark has extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment in Guernsey and Jersey.
Prior to joining Praxis, Mark worked in compliance & risk for a trust and corporate service provider and prior to that spent nine years working in regulation.

Since joining Praxis, Mark has led the Group Risk team in the development of Praxis’s risk management framework.
