History
Sabrina joined Praxis as compliance lead for the Mauritius office in 2020 and was promoted to Outsourcing Services Director in March 2021, and Managing Director in November 2022. Based in Mauritius, she is responsible for the growth of the Mauritius business.
Sabrina has more than 15 years of experience in the governance, regulatory risk and compliance field and has spent a considerable amount of her professional career leading shared service transformational projects for a range of global jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Praxis, she worked in leading global firms where she led teams to deliver on global processes, and collaborated with industry leaders in the financial services sector on data protection, compliance, risk and governance.
Born in the UK, Sabrina is a qualified UK lawyer and holds diplomas in Legal Practice (UK), International Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA), a Masters in Human Resource Management from Kingston University and is a professional member of the ICA.
Roles and responsibilities
Sabrina is responsible for managing the various teams in the Mauritius office and leading on insourcing projects and process transformations. Sabrina continues to develop and implement enhancements in service delivery to integrate efficiencies across the Group’s operating model.
As Managing Director and Head of Business Processes, Sabrina will drive the expansion and integration of process services offerings building on automation to enhance the strategic centre of excellence operating model for the Group.
